Practice centers around Trusts & Estates (Elder Law), Real Estate, Family Law, Municipal Law, and Civil Litigation.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling & confirming meetings, conferences, court dates, etc.
Process mail Ensure electronic and paper file organization based on office protocol Communicate with clients & courts, including new client intake phone calls Format and prepare legal documents and correspondence Provide ad hoc support around office as needed Qualifications Experience in law office or legal setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Precise organizational skills Ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in legal technology (NYSCEF, PACER) Experience in editing and revising legal documents Salary commensurate with ability, experience, and education.
