Anderson Precision currently has an opening for a Full-Time Product Auditor Trainee on our 2nd shift.
Schedule is Monday through Thursday, working four 10-hour shifts.
Do you possess the eagerness to learn and the desire to be part of a team? We will train you in the following job duties:
Specific Job Duties:
Final inspection and inspection on the production line.
Incoming receiving inspection of outsourced product and operations Support operators on quality related issues General Job Duties:
To take an active role and offer improvement ideas that will enhance our bonus program and Lean Manufacturing objectives.
Be a Team Player, and support the goals of the area and Anderson Follow set processes and procedures Communicate effectively with your manager.
Help to eliminate waste (I.
e.
, paperwork, unnecessary movement of parts, etc.
) Remain alert and aware of any health and safety hazards Comply with all regulatory requirements.
Strive to develop innovative ideas and techniques to improve process / quality within our business and manufacturing operations Other duties as assigned Work Styles Attention to detail - position requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing tasks Independence - position requires developing one's own ways of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision and depending on oneself to get things done Initiative - position requires willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges Adaptability/Flexibility - position requires being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace Achievement/effort - position requires establishing and maintain personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks Education HSD or GED
