Dispatcher Customer Service
Seeking a strong personality for a high paced office.
This person must have exceptional customer service skills and speak professionally on the phone and problem solve.
This position requires scheduling of service calls and coordinating with the technicians.
The selling of service and maintenance agreements and scheduling the annual and semiannual appointments would be required.
This person must be able to work independently and as a team.
Assist the sales team.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Outlook, Excel and basic computer skills.
Must be able to prioritize.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
